Nicole and Jeff Rank were removed from the event at the West Virginia
Capitol in handcuffs after revealing T-shirts with President Bush's
name crossed out on the front. Nicole Rank's shirt had the words "Love
America, Hate Bush" on the back and Jeff Rank's said "Regime change
starts at home."

Tresspassing [sic] charges filed against the couple were later
dismissed. The City Council and Mayor Danny Jones have publicly
apologized. ...The couple wants a judge to declare unconstitutional
any policy that led to their arrest. They also are seeking unspecified
monetary damages.

Nicole Rank, 30, initially was dismissed from her job with the Federal
Emergency Management Agency, but was rehired after the charges were
dropped.

but yet when people carry ASSAULT RIFLES and hand guns to a rally, its against their civil rights to remove them?

this is the hypocracy of the right.

This could be some of the garbage in the Patriot act. And this is the second version, the first was worse. But perhaps they were "auto-loading" shirts and against the gun laws, too.

Most the one's, and the one's who started spouting off the hitler stuff are a group of Lyndon LaRouche followers and have nothing to do with the GOP or republicans. He's the one that put out the obama/hitler poster. He has also been a candidate for the democratic presidential nomination 7 times. So you can thank your own party for that stuff LaRouche is a full blown democrat. He is against this bill because he wants a single payer system. Or more to the fact nothing of the kind was said and no posters were around till Stretch Pelosi decided to categorize protestors as nazi's.

Actually that last part couldn't be more wrong, those signs were there ling before she made the comment. She never called them nazi's....

Speaking to reporters, Pelosi was asked if she thought there was "legitimate grassroots opposition" at recent town hall events. She responded:

PELOSI: I think they're Astroturf; you be the judge. They're carrying swastikas and symbols like that to a town meeting on health care.



That comment even proves they were there before she said that, because she pointed it out in the original comment.

During a recent town hall meeting, Rep. Pete Olson (R-TX) told the story of a woman who was repeatedly denied care for her unborn child?s heart defect. After ?hunting down specialists,? the woman ?found one guy in Detroit who said, ?I think we can get it done,?? Olson said. Seventeen days after the woman?s son was born, the child received the heart transplant. Olson then said that a public option would have prevented the woman from finding someone to help her unborn son. Many in the crowd promptly booed Olson:

OLSON: Britney is convinced that her son would not have been born if there was a public option. She wouldn?t have had the choices to be able to go find a doctor she wants. [?] For those of you who say it?s not true, don?t talk to me, talk to Britney.

ATTENDEE 1: That?s not true!

ATTENDEE 2: The insurance company turned her down, not the government! The private insurance turned her down, not the government! My gosh! ? That?s not the government!
