As for the 8 year old boys, I highly encourage you to call Children Services on them. That is neglect. It is one thing for these children to just wander and a whole nother when they do not have a home which they can have easy access to.
As for the kids in the street.... I understand!! They do that here too... I sware we all live in the same place... or the world is going to the dogs. Kids here just stand there and then look at you like you are the one with the problem! I have had better cooperation from cows crossing the street!
I remember having a friend when I was younger who used to walk into our house and go to the refridgerator with me being there or not (use to drive my dad mad) but it wasn't a thing she did throughout the neighborhood! It was only my house, and she did extend the same courtesy to me, though I was taught never to cross those boundries. There is a difference in invading the homes of friends/families and complete strangers. All I have to say is the way these kids are acting its a kidnappers DREAM! And does this concern these parents? NO! Why? Because if it does happen parents don't care, I wouldn't be surprised if they never reported such incidents as kidnapping to the police.
Edit: I did want to comment on the sneezing on felicity. I suffer from allergies, and my dad has a horrid time with them. From my experience sometimes its all you can do to process "Hand to nose" in time. Its like when sneezes sneak up on you your brain flakes out. Its happen to me before and its embarrassing... My worst fear (sneeze wise) is that its going to happen one time and I'm going to sneeze all over someone because i couldn't think fast enough before the sneeze came. So don't be too hard on your friend... but in the same note.. you don't have to be happy about lissie being sneezed on... I wouldn't be happy, but sometimes it helps people who do not have allergies to hear what exactly it is like for people who do.
