Thread: Please....

Ok. I am becoming hopeless here. If you know what's going on with me and this board - - - come on.... please just stop criticizing me... You know I mean no one any harm yet I seem to cause a lot of problems on this board for some unknown reason.... several people severely dislike me and are disturbed by the posts I have made.... or they have blocked me.
I am by no means asking for any help.
I am by no means saying I am a perfect person.
I am by no means saying that I am the only one, because I can assure you, I am not.
Everyone makes mistakes.
I have made a few too many.
Ok?
Please, just accept that.
Why can't I stay on this board without being critisized? I feel like I am in danger of my opinions and self being judged negatively on this board, but I can tell you, as will others, that I am not an unreliable person. I am not a selfish or rude or self-centered person.
I just came to this board to talk about what I and other enjoy. I didn't come to post rude things that offend people. I don't post just to say rude things because I know it is hurtful to them. Please... It happened to me. I don't believe in teasing others.
If I have, I am sorry.
I don't believe in only thinking of myself.
If I have, I am sorry.
If I have offended you in any way,
I am sorry.
If you don't know me, don't say rude things about me.
I care about what the mods and everyone here cares about. Which is no-one getting hurt on this board.
So, please, I don't mean any harm, and I would like to say.........

I am sorry. I want you to forgive me.

I also want to say........
I am not alone. Please do not single me out.
I also want to say.......
I will forgive you for your mistakes too.

Thanks for reading this post.

oh that's horrible that you are being criticized so much. I like your posts! It's true that everone makes mistakes, and criticism can be somewhat a good thing, but not when it goes too far. I hope the criticism stops for you b/c you are a great person! *huggles*

I enjoy reading your posts. But, I have noticed that you and a couple other people tend to get singled out more than others and that's unfortunate. But, overall, I don't think anyone tries to make you feel like that.

Okay, Katya, I'm going to give you a bit of advice. I think that some members have become offended by some of your responses because occasionally you have come across as disrespectful. As a mother, I do not let my daughter, who is the same age as you, post on the board but rarely, if ever. She is allowed to read posts, though. The reason is because as an adult I have experience in relationships with all different kinds of people and I can pretty much know how they are going to react to my comments. Sometimes I go back over my posts just to see if something might be taken the wrong way. Before you post, you should think about what you are going to say and how would it affect you if someone said the same thing to you. Remember no one can hear the tone of your voice nor can they see your facial expressions to see if you are being funny or what. We can be forgiving and have patience with you because you are young but please take what I have said into consideration and maybe it will save you some heartache in the future. ((((hugs))))

I know just how you feel! Remember when I got the WHOLE board mad at me because of my siggy? Ha ha ha , those were horrible times, but I can laugh at them now! Then my laughter turns into hatred....... But I don't want to get into that- I'll save it for telemarketers. Let the good times roll.....

I don't think anyone here hates you. But, as one of the members who has blocked you in the past, I'm also going to give you some advice.

When you make a post, stop to think before you press "Add Reply." The comment you made in MissMooMoo's thread wasn't necessary, sort of like with the response you made to the post Nikki made a few weeks ago. The ONLY thing these posts do is get people annoyed with you . Did saying you thought MissMooMoo was charging too much get anything accomplished? No, not really. Going into a thread only to complain about something, but not add anything to the conversation really doesn't do much for one's popularity.

When you realize, whether on your own, or by someone else showing you, that you've said/done something rude, it's nice to apologize. People always respect someone who can admit they did something wrong, and own up to it.

Everyone here makes mistakes, myself included, and people might get mad, but just like I, and others who blocked you before, people get over things. Hopefully you wont feel singled out soon.

I don't there's anything wrong with voicing your opinion on the other board. I believe that's what it's all about-debating and speaking your views on the subjects posted.

And I don't mind being told how rude and offensive I am.
