Ok, poor Josefina went to Camp on Thursday and I did not notice til today she had a small red paint stain on her! I tried useing nail polish remover and then called AG for help when the stain was still there, they told me use baking soda, did that, stain is still here. Now what?
Also, I brushed her hair today, and her hair is falling out! Asked AG, they told me I can exchange her at AGPNY where I got her. poor Josefina. What shall I do?

I have heard that Josefina "sheds" hair but Sandra's didn't when I brushed her. As for the red paint stain, did you try Oxy 10? Someone on here said that works well.

My Josefina hasn't had any hair problems really. Just the ones that I expect because Molly's hair is the same way, a little bit comes out with brushing, but not more than 9 or 10 strands a brushing.

I thought I was the only one! My Josefina sheds so much! I am very careful with her hair, only using the AG doll brush and following all the instructions. Her hair comes out so much that I'm afraid to touch it at all.

My niece's Kit shed a bit when we first got her. I called the company and they said that was normal. Unless they see a bald spot, they said it is suppose to lose some hair.

Mine sheds a lot too! I've only brushed her hair once, and I think its just because it was the first time, but I'm not really taking any chances after I basically made my Kirsten 1/2 bald!

I'll be rebraiding my Josefina's hair to go with her birthday outfit sometime in the next few days. I'll be keeping a close eye on her hair to see how it reacts.
What that CS rep told Laurel was bull, lol. They're not suppossed to shed like that. Even human hair doesn't shed like that! Mine is permed and sheds like crazy at certain times of the month, but I'm not going bald like Josefina and the shedding Addy's.

I think Laurel thought the same thing Can you imagine someone telling you a doll is supposed to shed like a human? I just find it ridiculous that someone actually told her this! I mean really, it is a DOLL, not a human. Also, we do grow ours back, the doll won't.
