Maybe instead of rushing to get the BBQ in the works for September, Steve should take a break and plan something extra-special for next year.
If it ends up being a pay event it should be charged at the door so we could get price breaks for bringing stuff. Like $5 off for bringing something for the raffle, something for custom fodder, a food item, a Steve present, etc.
