    Question

i was always facinated by comic books, but i always thought it was too massive of an undertaking to break into myself. i got into SiP about a year ago, but i am eager to branch out. something to tide me over for the 6 mos. wink i have to wait for more SiP. what else do you all read, either similar or completely different? remember, i am new at this. smile

I'm a fan of Wolverine, but the writing and art are nothing to the level of SIP. Not sure you'd care for it.

    Wink

Definitely give Gaiman's "Sandman" another go, and his two "Death" mini-series as well. Other personal favorites of mine are any of the "Sin City" books by Frank Miller (or anything else by Miller, really) and the original "The Crow" graphic novel by James O'Barr.

you know, this "sin city" keeps poping up. and gaiman's "death"; is that the tori amos inspired?
ok. going to try "sandman" again. now i have something to get me through the next weeks of SiP-less-ness.
    tank you, tank you.
ps anyone a fan of wonder woman? i loved the tv show, but i never read the comic. perhaps my next move after good ol' neil.

Both Death mini-series are excellent. I recommend them highly.
