Inspiration

[Generic Skinhead]

At school we had to write a script based on a broadsheet newspaper article on a given day. I found one on near death expeirience and the attempt to prove that a human soul exists. You can read the results in "After Dice" which i posted a while back. The script bares no resemblance to the finished script, but it provided a spark, know what I'm sayin?

Ok that's funny. But you're not serious are you? It can be a wild combination, you get to travel, you see new sights, observe people, and you don't have to steer.

It's a perfect combo.

inpiration hits me like a hammer when watching movies. for example: i often think "it would be cool if the main character would do this or that next" if he doesn't do what i was thinking about i write down my idea.

i must admit, i have had a few good ideas riding on busses through the countryside stairing out the window, but then i live in an area where the busses dont have half an inch of pi$$ on the floor

There was an article about film makers over doing Shakespear. Evidently it sells.

The suggestion was there is plenty of other material from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries. A great advantage being there are no copyright problems to worry about. Jacobeian comedies are evidently the next big thing, so get in quick.

They do not have to mega buck costume dramas. Most can be adapted to a modern environment.
