You obviously don't know California law, possesion is 9/10th of the law, we are in possesion of a guitar which was given to us, so it doesn't matter if you have reciepts,you can't take back a gift.

Now YOU on the other hand are selling bootleg materials that is COPYWRITTEN. CD's that are for promotional use are not for sale. Today was a holiday, ebay was closed. Tommorow your ass is gonna be shut down, we asked you nicely. You tried to get all sneaky on us by making your auction "private", that's not gonna cut it.Keep fuckin with us, and you won't like the results
