btw, selling cds in ebay is totally LEGAL. there`s TONS of people sellin cds, even bootlegs. if it was illegal, then the ebay crew would notice, dontcha think?
every cd is copyrighted, but it aint illegal selling them @ ebay, why do selling bootleg cds have to be illegal?

ahhhh this right here is why i love the glam community. fighting over an item that NO ONE even bid on (i love that) and a band with a small fan base (not a knock, just the truth) getting a little recognition and then going out of their way to piss off said small fan base.

i couldn't think of a better way to pass the time on a tuesday afternoon.

This is not the first time a PCreeps member get's in a hissy-fit. I do recall some other PCreeps members, that shall remain nameless, having a hissy-fit for one little comment about their image and that's all it took for them to come off as if a rabid dog on crack...haha. I think they may need anger management classes.

Just swap the guitar for the promo, if it goes to court, it will probably cost both of you more than the guitar is worth, in bills.

Selling Cd's on ebay is Legal correct, but not a cd that is made (burned)yourself. Peppermint Creeps don't even OFFER a 3 song cd , so yes it's bootleg. As far as pissing off the "small fan base", No one is pissed but Cris and people who don't like us anyways, so, if the "fans" want to get involved so be it , has nothing to do with them. The real fans are on the Creeps side anyways, so anyone else can kindly go fuck themselves. I don't think anyone here would like something stolen from them and then sold. The Creeps never stole any guitar, it was being used on the tour, which Cris bailed on 3 shows into it and went home, because he was suppossedly having "mental problems", leaving the Creeps to fend for themselves when he was SUPPOSSED to be the "tour manager".

So since he was gonna sell our shit without permission, we thought to do the same. If he wants his shit back he can come get it, or pay for the shipping, he's the one that left it and us behind on tour. He also "stole" money the Creeps made on Merch as well as used the Creeps money to buy like 10 pizzas for his friends in another band! No One gave him permission to use OUR money to feed his friends, also there are some CD's still missing that a creep never got back that he took as well.... Sorry, but a few people who talk shit about, AND don't even like the Creeps anyways on GLITZINET (NOT GLITZINE), is not the Creeps "fanbase". There's only a few of you on this board we could give a shit about anyways and you know who you are, and who you aren't. And let's not act like it's not the other way around either cause it is..... Furthermore we don't care HOW PETTY it may seem, no one is gonna make a CENT off of our shit without permission, plain and simple. If we find out otherwise, it will be dealt with.
