PS If you are curious, as I am, to see if my thesis is my best work, I'll tell you now that I've had more than five months to research and write, and now I'm down to the last 48 hours and I'm only 1/3 of the way through.

So, if anyone is interested in reading it when I finish in the early hours of Monday morning, you can let me know if Alex's statement is true, or false.
