Yes it is that time and after alot of thought we have come up with a workable procedure to
ensure that the move is sucessful this time.

Due to the size and complexity of the Hostboard system we have decided to make the move
in 2 steps to minimize down time as the process is being done manulay to ensure nothing is
lost in the transition.

Step 1.
-------
We will be moving forums based on catagories in alphabetical order starting on Sunday March
17th. Since we are not supporting all the current catagories 100% we will attempt to move you
to a catagory that is of the same as you are currently in. If not we will move you to what we
think is the closest description. Once moved you will have the option to move your forum to
what ever catagory you wish via the moderators control panel.

Once your forum is moved there will be a single post left directing users to its new location on
the new system.

Step 2.
-------
Once we have everyone moved we will then need to have a small outage so that we can move
Hostboard back under the Hostboard domain.

By doing this there will be no interuption to the system at all until step 2 comes in to play. The
other method of closing up and moving all at once was estimated at close to 72 hours which
we felt was inappropriate based on our first attempt.
