I will have my husband post photos of the copper tubing and the lid. When I polished the lid we noticed the copper. Though it shows due to wear it is quite pretty, we like it!

Hi All!
My tubing is Al. Waiting for my manuel to come in. I stripped off all the porcelain. Got all the parts bagged and tagged. Seemed to be pretty straightforeward. Lines are out along with the manifold. Very little rust on the box. No frozen screws or bolts. There is definently more corrosion on the oven end. What have you used for a penitrating oil? (don't want to break any screws.) I noticed clips on the inside corners of the legs. Did the Mod A come with optional skirting? Would skirting for a B work?
This looks like its going to be fun. Can't wait to get my manuel. .........Dan
