i checked to see if the wires were faulty on the IAC valve and it had a reading of 12v....
so now i have to do the carb cleaner test, kinda did it on the IAC and throttle but no response...will have to do more extensive testing. Maybe it might be from the blower, like JRCIVIC said, will have to do a test.
BTW i don't think that i switched the connectors, but will check that as well..
THANKS GUYS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT AND SUGGESTIONS YOU GUYS GAVE! RESPECTS TO ALL OF YOU GUYS
Hope i can find the leak soon!!
Will keep you posted.
And any other suggestions on Vac. leak tests, feel free.....

ok, finally located where the vac leak was. The gasket b/t the blower and the manifold had the vac leak.
So i call Jackson Racing, for a new gasket. Got the gasket, and now waiting to put the new gasket back on.
Do you guys know if i should put some other sort of sealant, like intake manifold silicon, to help prevent the problem?
one other question is, if i put a larger, Jim's stepper pulley, pulley do i have to take the blower off to install the charger or can i change it with the blower on??
Thanks for all the help guys!!

check that the mounting surfaces of the jrsc and the intake manifold are true . the gasket should be good enough if the surfaces are level . when you tighten up the 4 allen bolts do it in a diagonal cross pattern with only a 1/4 turn each bolt until torqued to spec (with the locktight you need to be quick about it). .then back them all off a 1/4 turn and retorque them . its been my experience that liquid sealants can be problematic with manifolds and the like . as long as the surfaces are true and the solid type gasket is quality this is the way to go . one product i do like is napa copper sprayagasket . you could spray all the mounting surfaces and gasket with it to be shure , but i wouldnt use anything from a tube .
i think its impossible to remove/install the stepper pulley with the manifold/blower in .

couldn't you ghetto fix the leak by using the liquid gasket stuff to smear it all over the seam where the two surfaces mate?

I FIXED THE VAC LEAK, WHOOPEEEEE!
JR sent me a new gasket from the blower to the manifold. When the old one came off, one side was warped!! That side had some oil residue on it, so i think that when i made boost it kinda sucked/shifted the gasket in a bit.
But now i have no problems with idling, Knock on wood!!
AND as to the whining sound that i got a couple of months ago, it has gone too, prob. from the vac leak!
SO THANK YOU TO ALL THAT HELPED ME OUT WITH THE SITUATION!
