well my civic is now officialy hibernating for the winter. It snowed a good 7 inches this last weekend and in the shed she went. No i have the pleaseure of driving my 1980 accord hb, around town.

7" in Bend....HAHAHA! come down this way a little! we got plummeled and it's still snowing. we've collected at least 2 ft outside over the last couple of days.

but, it's all good. we needed it. poor farmers were in a drought. and i have nowhere i HAVE to go so...let it snow, let it snow, let it snow

believe it or not, its like 65 degrees here. haha. I wish the damn weather would make up its mind...my car's not hibernating this winter, but it wont be out in the snow...that's for damn sure.

just curious...what does everyone do when it snows? how does everyone's civic do in the snow?

i got studded tires this year. i haven't tried them out. however, jer has been taking the car every where. he says the combination of the clutch and the studs is really nice.

Last winter I got a set of 4 Nokian Hakkepoliitta 1 snow tires. Makes the little Si hatchback go like a tractor thru the snow. Not cheap, about $100 each, mounted and balanced, but damn, they're good.

my white hatch was awesome in the snow, even slammed 3"... haha. it was the almight
y snow plow. it never got stuck...just plowed the snow w/ the bumper and smoothed it out w/ my super low muffler... haha. I'm not drivin my green hatch in the snow though... (well, maybe ).

I have snow tires on my front wheels and regular all weather tires in the rear, it goes right through the snow no problem, although, the rear end of my car is a little light, but that just makes for more fun in the snow
