I have a kinda steep drive way, but I want to lower my car. my car has the black widow front bumper and I barly make it up my drive way.
I want to know if I get coil-overs is it a simple 5 min job to lower my car or does it take time. I would only lower it if I was gonna go to the city or the beach for the day.
OR do they make air-bags for a 90 civic H/B and how much would they cost.

Well to adjust the coilovers you have to jack up the car and adjust the perches then it is a guessing game to try to level them out. If you have the money get an air rod suspension. Hondas can't use air bags.

I have Skunk2's and it is definatly NOT a 5minute job.
You have to jack up the front take the wheels off then adjust them.
Then put the wheels back on and do the same to the back.
I'm guessing it will take you around 30-60minutes to get it all level'd out.

i have coilovers as well. it doesn't take us as long because i can reach through my rims to adjust (don't have to take rims off).
as for leveling it out. a good trick is to make a couple of marks on each coilover. then you know each time to raise/lower it to the same marks.
it also helps if you have access to a floor jack...then you can do a side at a time.

..you dont necessarily have to take the wheels off...sometimes it does end up being quicker taking them off.
drop your car and park in the street 
or put a bunch of 2x4s at the bottom of you driveway or something...

i got air rods and 10 switches. definately easier to adjust than my coilovers.

the whole kit was 994 shipped to my house and came with everything including a camber kit and new ball joints.
