Yea...thats why I autox not drag racing hehe. That run was made when was at least 90 degrees out a humid as hell. I had a AEM short ram intake, wires, axle back muffin shooter, short shifter i guess thats good for something, and the motor had 148k on it then. Later i found out my front transmisson mount was dead and would prevent the car from launching any good (even though i could crank my shock the whole way up hehe).

sastanley - i ran against this riceboy in his 4g DX 4 door and he got a 17.2...i know you can break that man i have faith in you

haha..thanks man..that was also my first (and only so far) time running at the track. Radial tires (especially tough-ass Michelin's with a 400+ treadwear #) spin a LOT - even on the mighty DX!! woo hoo! - that was my last run, and each run got better..

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I think the next chance I get to run I will hopefully have the ZC in it!! I just wanted to run it completely stock so i can see how much I have been able to improve this car...kinda like Eric did with his auto DX run of 18+

Has anyone here used a G-tech to measure their times. That what i use and the best i can do is a 16.3 @ 87.6 mph. I think that my Si should do better than that, so i am thinking that the G-tech is off a bit. I have a header and full exhuast, accel wires, short shifter, intake, cam gear.

The gtech is good for estimating times and that is it. I think you could run a high 15 or a very low 16. JMO
