But Wise, think of it, how many times did we tell them not to post double, no chat, etc? And did it change something? No. So somehow you(or the other mods) must act for the board.

We've warned them countless times, and OCB's kindly given them a board to do exactly what they came here to do. They wont spam here again unless they're deliberately going out of their way to get banned, in which case we should gladly oblige.
Otherwise, they're welcome here.

Hehe, tricky Wiseman. Nice idea, it should work.
They vanish or they'll be forced to use other topics.
There's a risk that they will spam a more important topic tho.
