Proposed: That instead of the standard method of choosing draft order based solely on record, we incorporate a draft lottery system.

(The upcoming draft will be done with the regular system.)[*]All teams that did not make the playoffs will be in the lottery.[*]The top four draft picks will be obtained through the lottery.[*]The probability progression will start with the worst team having a 20% chance of getting the first pick and the probabilities will drop exponentially from there.[*]TuringComplete will generate 1000 possible orderings based on the probabilities given above. An online dice server will be used to select which of the 1000 orderings will be the actual one for the draft.[*]After the end of the regular season, TuringComplete will generate and post the draft order. At the end of the first round of the playoffs, the draft will be done on the forums following the rules set up for the original draft.[/list]Vote "Yes" if you want this draft lottery or "No" if you don't.
You may add a single line of commentary with your vote, but no more.
