Wow! You've been busy with those cabs. From the photos--it looks like nice work(manship). Where did you get the design/dimensions for the new ports? If the lows are drowning out the highs now, have you tried turning the bass tone control on your receiver down even further towards flat (or partially blocking the new ports)?

I do have it down to about 3/4 throttle, They sound so airy now before they sounded echoey like they were in a box. I just opened up the front of the cab as large as I could without going into the 2 by framework of the box. :/ I was thinking about partially blocking the ports maybe a thin layer of polyfil over the small opening? man do they go low now.
