i had a thought for a sort of twist on the lila thing. What if it isn't about dexter at all? rita's ex hubby paul was a junkie. Lila was a junkie. What if she knew paul somehow, and is out to get back at Rita? ... that would be interesting. lol. Ya just never know how they're gonna connect things in this story... i would have never thought at the beginning that the ice truck killer would end up being dexter's brother, and deb's fiance. *L* or that harry the cop was bangin dex's mother the cokehead. *chuckles*

ok. dexter was fucking AWESOME last night. it's always good... but so many interesting things happened! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, dex fucked doakes over SOOOOOOOOOOO bad!!! i LOVED that... i OWN you, and then a big head butt... then he just walks away like he didn't do a thing in the world... next thing ya know, doakes is attacking dex for "no reason!" and gets suspended. even if he gets fired, though, i don't think that's gonna get rid of him. If anything, he's just gonna be more determined. And now that he's on suspension, he has nothing but time to stalk dex. lol. i couldn't believe he just flat out told him that no matter what he did or how hard he tried, he'd always be one step ahead. i was like damn, dex! that's pretty much admitting, "yeah, you're right. there's something not right about me... but i'm too good... YOU"LL never catch me."
ooooooh, and deb was fuckin PISSED over dex fucking lila... i loved that she called her a skank. i can't stand lila, haha. i noticed she mentioned being from England, so i guess her accent is british... i thought so... upper crust hoity-toity english... she talks like elizabeth hurley, and i wanna punch her in the eye when she talks also. LOL. That snotty, nasal-ish voice. ugh. like nails on a chalkboard. *L* I loved though, how when deb was going out the bedroom door and lila was coming in, she said "ew! excuse me"... hahaha. deb may not have realized she was fucking a serial killer, but she proved she can smell a rat... or a tramp... or a crazy tramp... whatever. *L* Lila is officially a fucking looney toon. the minute she thought dex was even gonna lay EYES on rita, she set her fucking apartment on fire and then called him to come over. *L* all over going to rita's kid's recital. crazy bitch. i think dexter suspects something, though. he was staring at that light at the end of the show. it got fixed... because she knocked out the landlord's light too... so he would fix them both. and he did. in other words, lila gets what lila wants... the dinner reservations also that they didn't actually make. She wanted to go there, she lied about their anniversary, and she got what she wanted... dex is too smart not to see the pattern. it's one he looks for in his victims... or did. i think he'll end up finding out a whole buncha stuff and having to kill her so she doesn't hurt rita, him, or anyone else. (other than the poor sap she already burnt alive for leaving her i mean, lmao. kinda too late for poor him.)

again, they did NOT show the fucking previews after the initial airing of the new episode... more previews for that brotherhood shit, even though it's coming on in like a minute and a half after dexter is over. fuckers. now i have to go to "on demand" and look up the episode, then run through the whole hour thing on fast forward, just to get to the damned previews for next week. lol. i think maybe they do that to get you to watch it more than once. (like it's not on at some point every night during the week, after it comes out on sunday, *L*) despite the fact that i didn't see them, i'm thinkin that dex is gonna start pulling away from lila a little. ....then the heads are gonna start to roll...
GASP! omg, i almost forgot! Lundy figured out that the killer is in law enforcement! i kinda STILL think that he suspects or even KNOWS that it's dexter... just something strange there that i can't quite put my finger on.... but that's gonna make things a good deal hotter for dexter... when the time comes that he discovers lila's a murdering nutbag, will he even be able to kill her? what will he do with the body? he can't do a damned thing with his boat, as long as the cameras are up... how would he get rid of her? hmmm, i suppose he could burn her up... poetic justice so to speak... lol. then he can get back to rita... she'll take him back. *nodding*... she woulda talked things out with him after the recital, if wonder-nut hadn't called and begged hysterically for dexter to come be with her... he blew it... yet AGAIN. i still think they'll end up back together, though... and i think eventually, she may even figure out, or he may tell her who he really is. poor dex. he's trying to become a "normal" (non-homicidal, at least, lol) kinda guy... i have a feeling no one's gonna let him... to quote harry again, nothing stays buried.

Lundy was questioning dexter about that one case... out of 4 that he was connected to regarding the bay harbor butcher victims... doakes also worked on all 4 of those cases... i think it may work out somehow for dex to actually frame doakes and make him look like the murderer... out of control law enforcement guy gone mad... he's already set it up with the suspension deal... i can't stand doakes anyway, i think it would be hilarious if it got pinned on him! he made lundy suspicious later on by coming in, being a jerk, and pretty much refusing to answer any more of his questions... he has a reputation for trying to pin things on dexter, or feeling that dexter is guilty of something... so we'll see! i hope he pins his ass to the wall and frames the shit outta him! did i say that already? *G*

Previews show that Doaks DOES in fact head straite for the police with his new found treasure....However there IS a third season allready in the works, so the Doaks taking the fall theory seems far more truer...
Florida law would (in reality) have to refuse the case, EVEN if they connected Dex to the slides, on grounds of "illegal search and sezure" and the slides would be dis-creditable in the courts, and the same law carries out in federal court.
But I doubt it will be like that, I have strong feelings the writers have some witty way dex gets out of this one.
Also previews show Lila going to dex's co-worker to keep close tabs on him, also one thing she said to him IN FRONT OF EVERYONE "I wonder what little dirty secrets will come out"

Another theory, Doaks stays MIA, anonomaously sends the slides in, with a note saying they are Dex's...The Feds then believe a personal vendetta leads Doax to try and pin the crimes on dexter...Now they think Doaxs is the BHB, and they use dexter to catch him... Because doax wants to get to dex himself.
Also Doax did tell his ex-Lt that he might open a butcher shop, that his dad was one LOL
