He is trying to bring up that Clintwood has a transfer from Pound this season however for whatever reason he can not see the differance between a famley moveing into a differant school district and the situation in Norton

Maybe he should worry about Pound's horrendous athletic program instead of a topic on a message board.

Transfers happen. As we seen last year when one transferred from Pound to Kelly, of course the person complaining forgets that Pound got a transfer from Kelly themselves. In the not so distant past, Clintwood lost their only returning starter in basketball to a 'move' to Haysi, lost probably their best baseball player to Kelly, and I'm pretty sure there are others.

As long as the legal aspects are followed, that's fine and it's part of the world of sports.

Honistly I can not think of any in which A kid would move in with a guardian in another school district to make themself elegable (I had heard about it back in the late 90's in the Tide water area if I get a chance I will see if I can dig up anything on it)
