I agree rape is a crime that doesn't receive adequate punishment. This, from my understanding, is a truly retarded girl. Maybe her birth mother is retarded as well. Bur that doesn't matter. The perpetrators of the crime are on trial - not the victim, not the victim's guardian. Were she my child, 50+ years in prison would be the least of their worries.

Honestly for this story all 3 could have been in on something. One changes ther mind and the other 2 beat her. Thats what makes me wonder how bad this girl was off mentally. She could have ratted out the other 2 and the DA used the mentaly disabled part for sympathy. If she was honestly very bad off there is a case of neglect going on with her.

Not sure of your intent here - this quote mystifies me. Here's my point - 2 pricks are on trial for abusing a retarded young lady.
