That has been my biggest gripe in Iraq...we don't train many traffic cops in the military. Finish....

I didn't believe the WMDs to start, but Bush decided to go. Bombed everything, expensive, but a lifesaver for the guys on the ground. So destroy the army, kill Saddam and get out. Iraq will never be stable, without killing most of the population. Bush didn't even bother to do the minimal research to find the government was one of the bigger employers, so that left a lot of un-employed unhappy recruits for ...whatever. VietNam wasn't started with a bad idea, it just wasn't very good planning. You probably already know this, but at one point the US had 500,000 troops in VietNam and only 50,000 riflemen out of that number. How do you put people in these situations and call yourself their leader? If we had started by bombing the North, Hanoi and Haiphong at least the message might gotten thru sooner. But I still feel the same as Iraq. I hate to see anyone die- but there is a great space in my feelings for the US troops and the Viets and the Iraqis.
The <span style='font-family: Arial Black'>OTHER</span> HUSSEIN did have WMD. MAybe not what we were led to believe but he did have them. Like I have said time and time again he <span style='font-family: Arial Black'>DID</span> use them. The biggest problem with this war, just like Vietnam, is it was run by politicians instead of the military. There is no such thing as a "nice" war. We had a chance to show the world we were serious and would not tolorate terrorism. But we all know how it has turned out. And now if HUSSEIN is elected he will snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Let us all know when you find a credible source with proof that Iraq had WMDs...BTW, the US has WMDs, do we need to be invaded? After all we are aggressive with everyone that doesn't share our beliefs and values...
