after a JRSC install, is there any reason for your fuel pressure to be higher than stock pressure at idle?

i have my fuel pressure set at 42psi right now and i was just wondering if there is any need to bump it up.

before i got my motor reinstalled, the fuel pressure was reading 39psi at idle. when i put the motor back in, the fuel pressure was reading at 52psi at idle. bought and aem adj fpr to lower it.

Whats your set up? Stock FMU and everything?

Finally decided to deal with issues with my setup, and there's a whole lot of things I can no longer remember. But if I'm right about this one, is that your idle pressure for a stock (6psi) kit should be at around 55psi (static 65 or so).

Anyone one else wanna get in...?

It depends if your using the JR Map Controller, or the enrichment relay. You can go to www.jacksonracing.com, and download the install instructions for both, and they will recommend the fuel pressure you should be at.

I run 8psi with the JR FMU, B&M FPR and I have my idle set at 43psi static so at full boost I am getting about 83psi.
