Maybe they are the 'light' 16 ohm one then, that would sit if they were fragile like the 23744, hence the quick move to the 34852.

When I saw this post, I went straight to my nos closet to find one, to no avail. At least an nos empty box. Nope. I do remember replacing the 8 ohm 23744's with them when I wanted to go 16 ohm in a home project August 1980. Up until then 20275 was the part I used. However, I don't recall seeing them in 16 ohm 802G's coming directly off the production line. I only found them in the Anaheim stockroom as 16 ohm replacements. Soon after came 34852. Sorry, no documentation, or photo's. Have to back magnarc's assessment, by memory only.

Their unique coil specs are detailed within the second tabulation block, line number 4 ( which is under the blue colored line ) .
