I used to work at Sykes, and let me tell you...it sucks! You will hate it, but do whatever you want.

Word of advice: take that application and burn it immediately! Avoid that place like the plague if you can. Management is about as inept as you can get.....you're nothing but a money-making tool for the people that get a bigger paycheck, and if you're there long enough, you'll find that out. They restructure every six months or so, so if you get a promotion, you'll never feel secure in your job. And the drama, don't even get me started on that. People up there with a chip on their shoulder just waiting to stab you in the back. Take my advice, dig a ditch, flip a burger....you might get less pay, but you'll have 100% more piece of mind.

You didn't think Sykes was all that bad? Fights in the parking lot, girls getting attacked after work, people flattening your tires, managers who get fired for sexual harassment, and also for stealing Wal Mart gift certificates....one manager fired for, rumor has it, having sex in the operations department! Need I say more?

I've seen so many illegal things happen out there. I'm surprised the place hasn't been raided.

Hell, I remember there was somebody smoking weed out on the smoking dock one night....somebody found a roach and went to the management....hell, they probably wanted to know where they could get it.

I personally know of people who have participated in illegal drug activities with E.S. and T.M. I have a friends who's dad is on the police force, and according to him, Sykes is being watched for narcotic use and distribution. Along with some of the management.
