He is about as much of a manager as I am. The last few months I was there, he never stayed in his office....he was screwing around with a certain chick on Quality Assurance and was constantly at her desk. Shows how he was doing his job.

K.S...oh wait nevermind. T.M. is a joke. Sykes is a joke. They dont have the highest turnover rate of any job known to man for no reason. Dont get me wrong, the work is easy. Just like any other call center, but like Mikmo said the management is pathetic. But if you like to do drugs, catch a buzz on the job, and get paid half decent money for this area then, by all means, go for it.
If I'm not mistaken, I had heard at the VEC that Sykes has the highest turnover rate in the state of Virginia. It's not as much the company as the losers they've hired up there to run it.

No. Gary Groppe was actually a good manager. He took a job in Florida....seemed like after he left, the place went to pot.

Anybody know if they still have a quality team or those RA people who do the reports? I left because I hit a brick wall wasn't going to move up. I now make about $5.00 more an hour than I did at big Sykes, and I also get great health insurance and 4 weeks of vacation a year! Hey the quality assurance person wouldn't have the initials T.B. would she? I am pretty sure I saw them at the college running around at one point in time when I was up there.
I was married by a judge. I should have asked for a jury.
