cleaning the theatres after viewing, cleaning the lobby and bathrooms, doing the movie reels, and what you said is probably about it

You hit the nail on the head right there... all you do is sell people stuff at the concession stand and tickets at box office. There's a little bit of light cleaning involved, but it's a pie job.

My daughter-in -law, well she will be this Sat. anyway, works at Sprint in Bristol. She has been there for several years. It's a call center, so I don't see how she does it. The money and the benefits are great. I don't know what they start people out at, but what she makes is GREAT.

The call center in JC is sales. Including my commission I will make anywhere from $60,000 to $70,000 this year. My insurance is excellent cover myself, my wife and my 2 kids.
The Virginia Department Of Corrections recruits Corrections Officers continiously. The pay is good, as are the benefits. The job isn't for everybody, but it's what you make out of it.

The theater is a pie job you sell stuff right before the show then you can pretty much chill the rest of the time. You do some light cleaning at the end of the night and that is pretty much all besides stocking candy. Thursday and Sunday you have to do a little more stuff but still it's not bad.
The down side for me was min. wage plus you don't get a lot of hrs. and most of the hours are weekend and of course week nights. Most nights you get off by 10ish though so it's really not too bad plus you get to sleep late =)
If you just need some extra spending money and go to school then it's great but other wise 175 bucks every two weeks doesn't really pay the bills. Summer time you get much better checks but you also work almost every day.
my cousin works up at the prison, heard some stories about it, definitely not a job for just anyone
