Cyberfox, Waterfox are 64 bits. Palemoon has 32 and 64 bits. I don't find them faster, but they use more memory.

Not so much, actually. The JBL dual gap motors were market followers to compete with the JL W7 series' motor gap technology and Adire Audio's XBL^2 motors. All three were developed to try to increase the linearity of the motor with very long stroke woofers. AFAIK, the W**Gti series of car audio woofers were the first dual gap JBL offerings and they later made their way into their professional gear. Perhaps, I am off base with that last part, but in either case, the dual gap motor wasn't available prior to the JL or Adire options which both offered more linear excursion, less distortion, and more power handling.

There were some car audio companies that went the JBL route. In fact, I think Orion fairly blatantly 'borrowed' the dual gap geometry from JBL.

The money spent by the car audio companies like Eclipse, Resonant Engineering and others drove the technology at suppliers like TC Sounds. That technology was fed into the high end home audio market, soon after. For instance, Krell's 20k all aluminum enclosed subwoofers of the early-mid 2000s, featured what was essentially the equivalent of an Eclipse Titanium with a less expensive cone. Stryke Audio (now AE Speakers), was selling the same woofer for DIYers at the same time. The only pro audio company at the time making drivers that were competitive in terms of linear excursion was Aura with their 1808 and the Seismic 8196 sister of the aura.

Foolish woman...McDonalds posted 2013 earnings of 28.1 BILLION yet they cannot pay employees a livable wage of $10.10 an hour. The 6 Walton family members earned 144 BILLION in 2013 and Walmart employees have to apply for food stamps just to survive. Everyone cannot go to college and become a professional, those that are the least of these should be able to earn at minimum a wage that can at least let you survive without government assistance.
