You buy wigs? Cool! I've always wanted to but never got around to it. There aren't too many good wig shops around here. I think I'm going to look for some more now though.

Rogue is very cute. She was kind of irritating in this movie, although I think the way they're portraying her crush on Logan is sweet. I had a crush like that once.
Yeah, one thing with wigs is the colour. If you're not trying to announce to the world that you are wearing a wig, get it as close to your natural colour as you can, even if you don't like your natural colour. Nothing screams WIG like black hair on a white brunette, or perfectly blonde hair on anybody.
And don't be afraid to cut the bangs or the back to personalise it a little. Too perfect hair is also a dead giveaway; I always cut my wigs a little crooked so they look a little more real.
That said, nothing can protect you from the asshole woman who comes into your shop at lunch hour and goes "Oh My God! I had, like THAT EXACT WIG! Where's you get yours?"

eh, so the X-man thread turns into a hair thread. Deal.
Anyway, I've had an asymetrical haircut for years now, because I like it. I've actually had people walk up to me and ask "Is one side of your hair longer than the other?" "Only if they cut it right..."

Jadian, you obviously live in a much bigger city than I do because if I actually did buy a wig, I would be the only person I know to have one. Or maybe I just have incredibly un-hip friends. I still think it would be very cool though. And I'd love to do it. You've inspired me.
As for the clueless woman. I've actually had that happen to me after I've highlighted my hair. "Oh, your color looks fantastic, what is it?" And you just want to strangle them. I usually just say, "Oh that's natural", and refuse to budge until they go away.
