I would not mind as that they are in the end responsable for there actions (good or bad) and if that is what it takes to get there attention and it saves them from a dark path then it is for the best.


That being said this Topic should be more for what can/should be done to help rid our schools of Drugs

Counts, you are basically right. I'm not sure there is a weekly random testing.

i totally agree, the drug problem is horrendous, but marijuana is not the drug problem we have to worry about.

Really? Is it legal? Thats like saying alcohol isn't the problem but for underage, it is. Driving under the influence of it, even more so.

Now if you wanna argue the point of should marijuana be legalized, I might agree with you on that, but since its not...

Its kind of like saying someone doing 75 is just doing what everybody else is doing. That may be true, but if you get in trouble for it, you're still breaking the law.

why be concered with marijuana, which you cannot die from, when kids are o.d.ing every day on xanax or oxy's?

I'll agree with you about that, but most start with one thing thats against the law, and work their way up.

well, i somewhat agree about marijuana bringing you into that lifestyle or drugs, but i still think, as a whole, we need to command our resources and educate kids on the real drugs, the pills they are stealing from grandma's cabinet, or the heroin they are shooting up.

Now that this topic is going the way it should be going, I agree with Biggin. We need to educate our children on this and the consequences of doing drugs.
