Personally, i would join the Navy....was almost there, applied to the Naval Academy, just had to get my physical and sign the papers...backed out when after I was offered a baseball scholarship to a prep military school in Georgia...too bad for me b/c i'm still stuck here at home...

Its different now, but my dad always told me, you can go into any branch, but the Air Force is the branch that whatever you do in there, you can come out and get a job doing that. There wasn't to many people hired to march
What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.
Navy or Marines. My grandfather was in the Navy in WWII, and a couple other relatives were as well.

i would serve in the texas national guard...b/c apparently it means you dont have to do anything and get credit for doing so
