It has DOB: 07/06/76 (the last letter in that abbreviation is hard to read, but with Birthplace: being on the same line, I would think that it meant Date of Birth)
and under date where the charge is typed it does have 09/04/76.....
if it's the non-alcoholic kind that makes you drunk...then yes

I don't care if it's wrong or not we need to take care of our own first...I'm sick of hearing about the Tsunami when I see people here where we live needing that money...Also with Social Security going downhill put the money toward that...Lead by example...Here's an example for them to lead by Republican or Democrat we Americans vote you in and can vote you out take care of Home first.
