do u have to use a brown paper towel or can u use any kind of paper towel? also any special kind of vinegar?
Actualy I had a friend that would mix vineger with water in a spray bottle and use it that way (no paper towel)
I just pour a lot of vinegar in my bath water and soak in it.
ive heard that reading the bible does well for sunburns, but i dunno
