I was about to say that I have Martin on record as saying something, but that wouldn't be nice, and my chat logs have been all messed up recently, so it would be a lie. What it all boiled down to, though, is that he doesn't care as much as he used to, and I don't care as much as I used to about some different issues. End result, I might be using my Goderator powers a bit more than before.

Damien suggested that the getaway car in the Cops thread should be a Black BMW 325i, dumped, with 19" ROH adrenalines with Low pros, 30% tints on all windows, and full frontal chrome.

I wouldn't go as far as to say I don't care, Gerald. I think you must've misunderstood the ambiguous comment that I may or may not have made.

But I probably won't be going back to the highly proactive and authoritarian role that I previously patrolled the forum with ensuring the smooth and undisrupted operation of Incident in the spirit with which it was founded.

So it's probably up to you to punish those vermin non-conformists and ensure that no-one can speak out against the state.

Now displaying my majestic knowledge of everything automobile related, what do you mean by dumped? Like in a landfill somewhere? Why would you give a car adrenaline? Is 19" the length of the needle you need to inject it with? Does the windshield count as a window for the tints? Wouldn't the sun reflecting off the bonnet blind you if you had full frontal chrome?

Please note that not all of that was genuine stupidity. I'm quite sure that the 19" adrenaline thing was about the wheels, but beyond that...

Also, if it does work alright, wouldn't something like that be a little conspicuous? I'm in favour of the Camry's engine cutting out and the thieves escaping on a red tandem bicycle through the sewers.

I can see I'm definately going to have to read 'Cops'...

Oh, and Quake Done 100% Quicker is cool, and definitely worth downloading. All kills and secrets in every episode, plus secret levels, nightmare difficulty, in only 59:33. They do some great grenade shots in that one.

I was checking the website last night, and the official time for QDQ With A Vengeance is now 12:07, thanks to minor running improvements.

I wish I had that kind of time.

Is the video of WAV faster up on the site, or is it just the news of them doing it?
Is music cheaper at the Warehouse? If not, do you guys have any recommendations as to where I should get my stuff from?

As for the Cops thread, I wrote some stuff in notepad, and I'm copying it here instead of rewording it. It might make less sense that way.
So now we have a man (semi NPC, and with his own personal narrator) by a door that's not opening (Dave's not here), a guy with a gun going towards him, a detective with mushed doughnuts in a car crash down the road a bit and as yet no mention of tandem bicycles. Kelly would have fit in far easier than Gerald in this sort of situation. She would have been the person in the building (or not in the building, for that matter), perhaps she would have sat and watched it all while eating a carrot on a park bench nearby, or maybe even been the (up until now) NPC driving the other car.
Heck, Kelly might have come along and been a police dog. However, I get the impression that this kind of action wouldn't be in the best interests of the thread or the serious atmosphere you guys are trying to put into that place... Right, Tiberius?
By the way, did Jeans leave the bank with anything? He had his gun, and he was walking casually, so I guess he can't have been overburdened. I might see an opening for Ponytail to come into the equation.

The WAV update sadly wasn't in video, just as news. The Speed Demos Archive has lots of different "Quake Done..." videos though, some that look kind of neat.

Music is cheaper at the warehouse, if you're comparing to other music shops in town.

Cops Thread: Jeans left the bank with nothing. I think he's a decoy for the real robbery, judging by the way things have happened so far.

How about we have a slightly different criminal thread? Slightly serious, but easy to post in. I'm thinking a bank robbery, not the getaway afterwards, or some mystery thing, or whatever Daniel/Martin is trying to do.
