Re: Pinkston
One of the more rediculous things I can remember for the kids coming over from TN was that they had to get VA driver's licenses...lol...it was just basically jumping through hoops. And Skulls, if ya don't like the topic of conversation, read something else. If everyone got on here and asked for every thread they didn't like to be locked, we wouldn't have a forum.

Re: Pinkston
I hear ya, but how many different threads can you start it in and hash, then rehash it somemore.

Re: Pinkston
I guess as many as you can whine about, ask to lock and whine some more.

Re: Pinkston
OK, lock this thread, lock this thread
You can tell it is football season, the threads and post get more ridiculous by the day.

Re: Pinkston
You're the one that seems to be having problems with the discussions. If I don't like it, I don't read it...but I don't go whining for it to be inaccessible for everyone else to read.

Yet you continue to come back to and continue reading these re-hashed threads that annoy you so.......
just don't participate. problem solved.

Re: Pinkston
prying into a kids personal life is rediculious but skulls id right the other thread covered every possible thing absolutley no need to have another one

Re: Pinkston
When you are discussing VHSL rules on transfers, you are dealing with a fuzzy gray area. I've not in one post pryed into anyone's personal life....just discussing the ins and outs of what I've experienced as far as dealing with transfer players, and some who wanted to be transfer players but didn't work out.

Re: Pinkston
Let's not pretend that everybody just closes their eyes, breaks into singing Kumbaya and all is well in the world.
It's a hot button topic, so naturally it's going to be discussed. I always find it funny how when stuff like this happens, some of the same people who scream hush up about personal stuff are some of the very ones who tried to question others and issues before.
I would assume that Norton is pushing the delay to make sure that everything is worked out, taken care of and organized. If something comes up and it doesn't work out, then he hasn't played, no forfeits, and hey the kid still has a chance to really undo some past mistakes at the school and in his life, which SHOULD be what matters, not if he's unable to play football.
