HUSSEIN as the pubs have. MAtter of fact they are actually used in many pub ads. Raider 13 has cried that I have mentioned tax increases ao many times. Well DUH. Voting for tax increases is the only record B. HUSSEIN has. Nothing else.

So your another one of the sheep? The increase in taxes will surely not hurt the middle class because the plan is to increase taxes on the wealthy, and large corporations while maintaining tax breaks for businesses that keep jobs here and actually raising taxings on corporations that outsource jobs. Bringing up the Clintons surely shows that you are "out of touch" with the current events. I could see you possibly bring Hilary up if she was his VP pick, as you know...she's not.

As for the recession talk, please see one of my posts above this topic that hasn't been touched on yet.

Again I'm an undecided voter, waiting for McCain's speech tonight to get an idea if more of the same is to come if he is elected.

Those tax increases would affect him, thats why he keeps bringing them up. And he knows nothing about Obama because he wont even visit his site.

The speach I was referring to was given at the dem convention.
Well maybe you're right on the out of touch statement considering where I saw the speach.

Okay, I might give you that but what they have to do with Obama's plan is beyond me...and no rebuttal on the second post down on this page? You brought it up...

This is one of the things that bothered me most about Bush and Iraq. The US has/had a defector who claimed they buried many "things" in the desert. Most of the folks that worked on this project died within a few years of doing so. We never moved to close a border, to try to stop any weapons from leaving Iraq. I was against going there to start, but to allow the weapons Bush was seeking to easily leave the country, or not to follow-up on information just made no sense. Can't really tell about the info the guy traded to get his family out of Iraq ,but if someone worked on sealing a border , it would be told somewhere by now. The whole thing is a long chapter in a book on Saddam in the local library, if it is that easy to get the intell, why not move to close off the borders? I could have gone along with removing Saddam, but putting troops in situations with ROEs where they have to kick in a door on a house, then figure out who is in it, or being fired on, before they can fire- sucks.

You do understand that taxes paid by 'the wealthy' means less money entering the economy?

Do you also understand that businesses pay no taxes? Business taxes are a cost of doing business and thusly are passed on to the consumer.

So, consequently, higher business taxes means higher prices for goods and services.

    I can see it now...

'Mommy, why can't I have a pack of gum?'

'Because we don't have $7 to spend on the gum when we're already paying $12 for a loaf of bread.'

'Why does it cost so much?'

'We had to show those businesses who was boss, that's why! How dare they be in business to make money for themselves!'

What about $10 for a rooster tail and $15 for a pack of Zoom plastics. Now that would be really disheartening.

    EXACTLY
Some people are so gullible and can be manipulated by the far left media so easily it is unbelievable. B BUSSEIN is the pick of the media and they will do and are doing everything they can to get him elected. This is the least qualified, least experienced and most liberal candidate for the Presidency in history. He has ZERO to show for his time in office. ZERO. Except for his record of voting "present" and voting for tax increases.

If John McCain or Sarah Palin had an association with William Ayers they would be raked over the coals by the media. If either of them attended Jeramiah Wright's church for 20+ years, talked about how great Louis Farrakhan is or had campaigned in 57 states they would be crucified in the media. If John McCain had voted for 94 tax increases or "present" over 160 times there would be cries to throw him out of office. But none of this is mentioned when it comes to B. HUSSEIN, the community organizer. Maybe they feel that will not affect his ability to part the waters and heal the sick.
