Hows about something a bit more sedate? You give him permission to have Nora pick up the phone in the OOC, and he puts it in his own post. That way, no one else can pick up if they get here before you do. Although, I don't think people will be jumping to do that sort of thing again. The violence is getting a bit repetitive, and I woudl be quite happy to go back to how things were. I woudl be even happier to go to how this place should be.
In a perfect world.
Anyhoo, yeah, we need some more normal threads. Proper ones, that are interesting. I don't know about how I would fit Gerald into one of these social threads, and what sort of personality Gerald would have in such a thread (Yeah, no ponytail and katana, and he would probably give his name out if someone else doesn't know it already), but I'm sure I could fit Geraldine in there nicely. Although that would be reminiscent or my actions with Kelly Jones.
On the topic of Kely, I know who killed her. Hah!

Ok, who resurrected 'the fight'?
But I think Clarke Anderson deserves a kudos point for the xbox controller thing.

Chris, you can have me answering the phone. (you had better call). No one dare interrupt the sanity. Or, rather, please, please, please don't.

Eh, heh, heh...
Sorry Nora...
Come on, it's still reasonably sane...
I promise not to pull out my sword.
And I still say Chris should have called you fom the Alley. Or better yet, Starbucks!

On another note, despite the rules I must point out that Tiberius Frost will be only semi-indepent of each of the threads.
As far as I'm concered, Frost can learn from his mistakes. So he's still got the lightsaber, but I'll be sure not to use it too much. And he does live in the Alley, but he's taking some leave at the moment for obvious reasons.
I realize that this messes things up a little, since it almost implies that he's in several places at once. But I've been doing this the whole time, it's just that now there's a lot more threads.
Anyway, what's the story with the first phone call thread? Obviously, if they're simultaneous then Chris can't phone since he was just teleported across town. He would have been outside Nora's place and not actually have known, but then Whimpy changed it. H could still call from the phone-booth, though, I guess.
And yes, Tiberius Frost can fly. It's his special power. In the rules it says you can have powers, I think, as long as you have corresponding weaknesses.
So he flies, but it takes lots of energy, and so it's too impractical to use in battles.
For his weaknesses, he lives in a cardboard box in the alley. His only real possessions are a trenchcoat, a sword, and a linkin park poster.
And a phone that can't vibrate, though technically he doesn't own that.
He also has no experience with guns. While Clarke Anderson or Chris Wesley are incredibly multi-talented, Frost is fairly narrow in his fighting styles, as you already see.
He also has impossible hair. I'll show you the picture sometime. His whole character symbolizes the personification "Betrayed by Darkness".(sort of)
The point of this is that you are probably thinking Frost is a bit much. Yes, well, really he is. And he's the same guy in every thread. He doesn't change from a secret agent to a school kid, he just stays as a weird guy who lives in an alley.
Hopefully I don't piss too many people off with this, if you're really annoyed then say something, but I don't think I'm any worse than any of the n00bs, Hey, at least I can spell!

Clarke gets the Kudos Point. If any of you guys have suggestions for those, or find an action by a poster worthy of Kudos Points (hah!), tell me. All comments welcome, except the ones I don't like.
Nora, your post was classic.

There is a code among men. When someone is trying to score a chick, you give him room. There are expections - a little teasing helps someone get their act together, sure, and there's nothing like competition to help motivate a guy.
But there are some things you don't do. Manners. You don't, for example, tell the girl stories about what his last girlfriend said him - or explain how she wasn't strictly the last, since he was going out with two at the time.
It's quite acceptable to break into the girl's house, answer the phone, pretend she isn't home, have a few people murdered, and fly about.
But doing it twice is pushing the boundries, isn't it? Particularly in a thread that is title "Phone call" - possibly indicating, in a subtle way, that the intent was not to create another fast paced action scene.
Just my two cents. I aren't involved in the thread so don't take anything I say too heavily.
Next topic: I know we all feel rebellious sometimes, so I'm going to start a series of threads, each devoted to breaking a specific rule of Free Form Role Playing. I figure this might help foster understanding.

Can people please please please (To qoute Nora) Leave me to call her? The thread is just to sort some things out, if you stopped interfering it would be very much appreciated.
Random posts simply get irritating. Irritating like listening to two nerds talking about KOTOR in an elevator in front of you.
